Dear Incense Factory, In regards to your product. I’ve never before enjoyed incense as much as I have enjoyed yours. I must say the smell, the flavor of it was phenomenal. I must say that whatever it is you do to create such amazing smells is outstanding. Also the length of the burn, by my count about an hour and thirty minutes. By far one of the longest burning incense I’ve ever bought. I would like to let you know that from now on any incense I purchase will be from you and I will refer you to all family members and friends I have that enjoy incense. The time in which it arrived to my house was also extraordinarily fast and just in time as I had just run out of my old incense.
