The Incense Factory Superstore : FAQ / POLICY

Mom started selling incense and such approximately 15 years ago at local swap meets in Las Vegas, Nevada. As business grew she started offering our incense to retail stores and this has been our main business until recently, we created the 99 scents for 99 cents Incense Factory Superstore.

We have always wanted to offer FRESH QUALITY incense and oils at a low cost along with superior service, in fact many of our retail customers are long time friends and we continue to sell them our products on a continual basis.

IS YOUR SITE SECURE ?

Yes it is, we currently use use paypal exclusively so that your private information is kept safe and secure.

We will be setting up other payment options for our customers convenience.

We will never sell, rent or use your personal information.

DO YOU OFFER A CATALOG ?

We do not have a catalog at this time, however we have set up the web store to include evrything we make and sell.

If you have any suggestions, please let us know.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER ?

There is no minimum order, however you can order up to 10 items for only $7.99 shipping via USPS PRIORITY MAIL or UPS GROUND.

To make it easier we have two ways to order :

You can pick the item of your choice and then pick the fragrance for each item.

You can order by choosing your favorite fragrance and then pick from the list of items.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP ?

We will make and ship out your order in 48 - 72 hours.

Orders placed Saturday and Sunday will ship out on Tuesday of the following week.

All orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL with optional insurance or for large orders we may ship via UPS GROUND.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEMS ?

Please contact us via email at sales@theincensefactory.com within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you.

Fragrance Oils canot be returned once received and opened.

We are here Monday thru Friday 9 am - 3 pm (ARIZONA TIME) to assist you. We will get back to you as soon as possible please remember if you have to leave a message it will be answered promptly.
