WHY SHOP WITH US ?

Mom started selling incense and such approximately 15 years ago at local swap meets in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As business grew she started offering our incense to retail stores and this has been our main business. 

We have always wanted to offer FRESH QUALITY incense and oils at a low cost along with superior service, in fact many of our retail customers are long time friends and we continue to sell them our products on a continual basis.

IS MY INCENSE REALLY DIPPED FRESH TO ORDER ?

Yes it is ! Each order received is individually dipped and packaged FRESH for YOU no matter what you order.

HOW DO I BURN THE INCENSE ?

First of all make sure incense is burned only in a safe approved burner away from anything flammable.  Never leave incense unattended while burning and please keep away from children.  Light the stick or cone until it glows red then blow out flame and the wonderful fragrance will infuse the air.

The Incense FactoryTM cannot be held responsible for use of this product. The customer assumes all responsibility for use of these products and the customer must do all testing so as to ensure save use of these products.

IS YOUR SITE SECURE ?

We will never sell, rent  or use your personal information.

Have you ordered something on the internet and put in all your information only to realize within a week or two you are getting all kinds of telemarketing calls? Well that will never happen when you order from us.

We DO NOT sell, rent or in any way use our customers personal information.

Our goal is to make you the FRESHEST and BEST quality incense. Not to sell or make money off our customers personal information.

We use paypal as our secure order processor, this gives our customers peace of mind that there information is safe and secure.

DO YOU OFFER A CATALOG ?

We do not have a catalog at this time, however we have set up the web store to include evrything we make and sell.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER ?

NO MINIMUM ORDER !!       ORDER WHAT YOU WANT AND AS MUCH AS YOU WANT !!

To make it easier we have two ways to order :

You can pick the item of your choice and then pick the fragrance for each item.

OR

You can order by choosing your favorite fragrance and then pick from the list of items.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP ?

Because your order is REALLY dipped  when you order it please allow us time to get it ready for you.

We will make and ship out your order in 4 - 5 days. HOLIDAY TIMES MAY VARY.

Orders placed Friday, Saturday or Sunday will ship out on Wednesday or Thursday of the following week.

All orders are shipped via USPS PRIORITY MAIL with optional insurance or for large orders we may ship via UPS GROUND.

Please make sure that you have given us the correct shipping information as we cannot be responsible for lost or misplaced packages.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE DAMAGED ITEMS ?

Please contact us via email at sales@theincensefactory.com within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can assist you.

Fragrance Oils canot be returned once received and opened.
