We are a family owned company with a big name.  The Incense Factory is cherished as a family business with all of us working together to make you quality incense at very affordable prices, we still have our moms helping with the whole process of getting the incense to our customers. Even with their health issues they enjoy helping when they can. From the time your incense is sorted and dipped to the final packaging it is all hand done by us.

We dip it, hand sort and bag the incense, print the labels and package it up for you.

So when you receive our incense you will know it has just been made for you, no matter how small your order is.

Until recently our business was to sell our incense exclusively wholesale to our retail customers. 

We have known for a long time that it would be a great benefit to offer FRESH QUALITY INCENSE and FRAGRANCE OILS to everyone.

We understand many people do what we do, but what makes us different, is the QUALITY and CONCENTRATION of the fragrance oil used in making our incense products and the care taken in each order we receive.

Incense can only be dipped for so long, it will only absorb a given amount of oil, it is our standards to only use Quality, Concentrated Fragrance oils to make our incense.

Customer service is also a major factor, you want the best incense for the least amount of  $$$$$ with prompt delivery.

We will still be serving our retail stores as well, but will expand our business to give everyone affordable fresh made scented incense and oils.
